I like this steamer, it does the job. However, there are a few flaws which make its use more difficult than it could have been. The water refill hole is extremely small and hard to fill from a bottle (no matter how hard I try, the water is still everywhere around it) so you either run to the sink for every refill or be ready to the wet floors. The recommendation to use distilled water is, therefore, moot since distilled water does not come from a faucet while the use of a bottle... see above. Speaking of the refills, the amount of water in the water container is sufficient for only one side of a piece of clothes, so every item = two refills. It's also quite heavy for travel so I would not advertise it as such. Not something that you would put in your carry-on, definitely.
